Single Cloud TecHub ("we", "us", "our") is an ICT solutions provider based in Serem, Kenya, offering software development, hosting, hardware supply, networking and support services. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the services described on it.
You may browse this website and use the contact form to make enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submitting false information through our forms, or using the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
Descriptions of our software, hardware and support services on this site are provided for general information. Specific project scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables are agreed separately in writing (quotation, proposal or contract) with each client before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services on stated terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom software, designs and systems we build for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, as set out in the relevant project agreement. The Single Cloud TecHub name, logo and website content remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our systems may integrate with third-party services such as M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja API), Google Maps or hosting providers. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
While we take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, we make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Single Cloud TecHub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
